From White Plains & Southern Connecticut: Take route 287 West (Cross
Westchester Expressway):
At exit #3, take Sprain Parkway north. Take Sprain 2 miles and exit
at route100C/Eastview. Make left onto 100C. Go
approximately 1 mile and make right onto route 9A north / Saw Mill River Road.

From Southern Westchester: You can take either the Saw Mill River Parkway northbound or Sprain Brook
Parkway northbound, your choice:
If Saw Mill River Parkway: Take SMRP north to exit #25. (Exit ramp is sharp
so approach slowly). Make left at light onto route 9A north/ Saw Mill River Road.
Go 1 mile to building on left. Building signage reads 245-265. We
are on the ground floor, suite #106, park anywhere..
If Sprain Brook Parkway:
Take SBP north and exit at route100C/Eastview. Make left onto 100C. Go
approximately 1 mile and make right onto route 9A north / Saw Mill River Road.

From Northern Westchester & above: You can take either the Saw Mill River Parkway southbound or Taconic Parkway
southbound, your choice. We are using a shortcut which will take you briefly
through a few neighborhood streets.
Taconic Parkway South:
Take Taconic south, which turns into Sprain Brook Parkway, then take the
Rt-100 exit / Hawthorne. Make left onto Rt-100 north / Bradhurst Ave. Go 1/8 mile and make left onto
Joyce Place (neighborhood street). Go 1/8 mile and make right onto Pythian Ave. Quick left onto Belmont Rd. Go 1/2 mile until end and make right onto route 9A north / Saw Mill River Road. Take SMRP south to exit #26 - Sprain Parkway / NY City. Take to the Rt-100 exit /

From Tappan Zee Bridge: Take TZ Bridge into
